What Circles is
Circles is a youth-ministry platform used by churches to support ministry relationships among pastors, leaders, students, and homes. Churches and authorized users provide information needed to operate their ministry in Circles.
Information we may process
Depending on how Circles is used, information may include account details, church and ministry information, role and relationship information, attendance or engagement information, and information users choose to submit through Circles.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure Circles, route people to the correct ministry experience, provide requested product features, support users, and improve reliability. We do not use the public marketing website to collect student ministry records.
Church and role access
Circles is designed so access to ministry information follows church membership and role permissions. A church is responsible for the information it chooses to enter into Circles and for using the service consistently with its own policies and applicable requirements.
Service providers
Circles relies on service providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, communications, and related operations. Those providers process information only as needed to provide those services to Circles.
