Using Circles
Circles is provided to help churches support youth-ministry relationships and ministry operations. Users must use Circles lawfully, provide accurate account information, and use only the church, role, and ministry access they are authorized to use.
Church responsibility
Churches are responsible for the ministry information they enter, the people they authorize, and the way they use Circles within their ministry. Circles does not replace a church's pastoral judgment, safeguarding practices, or legal obligations.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and should report suspected unauthorized access. Circles may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, churches, the service, or other people.
Product availability
We may update Circles as the product improves. Features may change as we maintain security, reliability, and the ministry experience. We aim to communicate material changes that significantly affect use of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Circles to access information you are not authorized to see, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
